Fixed as in outcomes are changed or dictated depending on certain criteria needed for ones gain.

so you're saying that players lose on purpose? or that judges / refs are paid to influence the outcome of a game / match?

I think fixed fights in boxing are less common than people think. I DO, however think that judges are paid off to score for certain fighters.

how do football games get fixed? I don't follow the sport, so I don't have much context.

although both sides of the story have valid arguments i myself lean more towards judges/refs.

There are documented player instances i have read which just shows its apparent on both sides since we all know the basketball story of a year or 2 ago. the thing is. theres so much money involved in these games. i mean i used to run money for a bookie, and the amount of times i seen scores come in on the last 2 seconds to make or break a big game for betting it just absurd. i mean literally awe dropping

i think any sport that is being judged by people can be fixed at any givin time...but if i had to pick one sport it would be boxing 100%...i think the judges are paid and the fighters r too..

Sure, I agree, but it's that whole Human thing that gets to me. Seeing another Homosapien get beat to an inch of his life because he is too stubborn or proud to go down does not sit well with me, or with the athletic commisions accross the country.

horse racing is definitely so fixed but its more of a gambling game than the other sports cause nationwide its allowed everywhere. iv'e chilled with jockeys, eaten dinner with owners and its all just a big money game. who gets payed which week. whos making a run for the big money. whos gettin payed to lose etc. but oh such a good time.

boxing for sure....i ve seen countless decisions that were absolutely ridiculous either done by blind judges or judges watching different fights...
