so someone that i know hit into the back of my car 4 days ago and didn't tell me about it...I happened to notice that my whole tailgate was pushed in pretty bad and the paint was scratched in quite a few places...so i call and tell that i noticed that my car was fucked up and that i think he did it and he admits that he hit my car and offers to pay for the damage...how dishonest do you think that is?...

It's extremely dishonest. If you would have never noticed he would've said shit. I say u add 20% to the estimate just for time wasted.

Dud... At least you have a suspect; even if it's family EFFF THAT pay up! I know how expenxive auto exteriors cost to paint and fix. Girlfriends of mine were jealous of this other girlfriend who came with me to this party; the other girls keyed my girlfriend's Mercedes Benz dud..... we didn't notice ti'll the end.... I WENT CRAZY and got my boys to tell me who did it by the next day. To make a long story short it cost the jealous girl $8,000 to pay for a new Benz paint job dud... Thank god we didn't take her dad's GLK...dud....
