doesnt long distance running like eat away fat as well as muscle

i guess if ur malnourished or if you dont eat before you run...but if u lift and eat regularly and run long distance it just makes u look more cut and eliminates water weight so ppl might mistake that for there muscles looking smaller there just more compact and solid......at least what ive noticed in myself

tooch, running just doesnt build as much muscle as lifting does. thats all.

naw thats not what i was getting at. I had a friend try to explain to me that it was either one or the other. Lifting or long distance running, one kind of counter acts the other.

Well thats def not true because you need a balance of both. Endurance AND strength.

yeah but like i said i wanted to run long distance and i think he thought marathon which i dont plan on doing unless its a 4 man relay but those guys are small

i usually run in the morning so at most ill have a banana before i run. though i reallly dis-enjoy eating them, i find it as an annoyance

i make amazing protein shakes....1lb raw chicken....3 raw eggs...1 cup of peanut butter...and a can of tuna + blender of course
