im trying to find me a sugar mama
times are changing. women are faring better than men in the economic downturn and more women are graduating from college than men. it can get complicated because while salaries have changed, the ego takes a lot longer to do so! i know some men can get a little bent out of shape when a woman takes "too much" control over a situation, including paying for something or calling the shots because she's putting down the plastic. it seems to make some men feel less manly.
i take it on a case-by-case basis.

Relationships should always be 50 - 50.
some of those people who have made a living writing about relationships and male/female dynamics (john grey, david deida) say that this kinda thing will mess up relationships because "men like to be men" and it's women's job to make men feel manly. that that's what men want. i can't believe that whole sections of bookstores are built on this logic (the whole "men are from mars, women are from venus" thing) but that is the case....
i think it's really case by case...some dudes are slackers and love it when a woman pays. some dudes want to take care of a woman and enjoy spending their $$ on her. some women want to be in control and use money to do it. some women are princesses and expect to be taken care of.
i agree with sugarbabe, and i don't think i could be with any guy for too long who had major issues about who controls the $$.

The object of the game is to OWN a house. However you get there is fine. A house is great because it's a dwelling that doubles as an investment. It almost always goes up in value and it's something you can pass down to the next generation (whether it be physically or by profit of sale).
